Terms and Conditions

  1. Leisure Breaks Privilege Card entitles two people to complimentary en-suite accommodation for the number of nights agreed at any Hotel in current promotion scheme.
  2. All reservations are  accepted at the discretion of the Hotel and are subject to availability.
  3. It is a condition of using Privilege Card that Dinner and Breakfast be taken and paid for each night’s stay at the minimum expenditure stipulated by the Hotel when making your reservation. Wines, Drinks, Cigarettes, are not included in these prices.
  4. The hotel has the right to charge for meals not taken or which do not reach the minimum expenditure required.
  5. Your account for meals, etc. is payable directly to the Hotel a deposit or payment in advance may be requested.
  6. You are required to ask for Leisure Breaks Reservations when contracting the Hotel. Your reservation is valid only when Leisure Breaks Privilege Card booking is confirmed with the Hotel.
  7. Prices, hotel descriptions, etc. are based upon information supplied to us by each hotel. Meal prices are subject to seasonal and other variations. Please always check when making reservation.
  8. Leisure Breaks Privilege Card must be presented to the Receptionsist when checking in.
  9. If you are unable to take up a reservation please advice the Hotel accordingly and a cancellation fee could be made, as is normal hotel practice.
  10. Leisure Breaks Privilege Card is valid for one year from the date received. Please make a note of that date.
  11. Right is reserved to make alternations to any details without notice. Prices correct at time of going to press.
  12. Leisure Breaks Privilege Card details may not be copied or reproduced without written consent of the publishers.
